Maybe you could lean the car forward a little so that it looks less static and like it is moving. Also, I agree that the giraffe looks like it is connected at the top of the car, maybe show it through the window a little so you know it's driving. Other than that super cute!

it'd be nice to see some colour, maybe one or two different oranges for the giraffe? the addition of the giraffe's body in the window definitely helps

I love the placement. I agree that the inside of the car looks a bit odd. That kind of car does not look like it would have a sunroof, so maybe the head could just be coming out of the window? I guess it could be more like V1 except the head is comong out the window on the left side of the car, overlapping the roof. The the other window in back could just be closed.
