What appalls me is that we only have 9 designs to choose from. Were there SERIOUSLY only 9 new designs in all of February?

I think the issue is they wait to announce the winner, then make sure it's stocked/reprinted before they announce. So there's like a month lag.
But I don't see why the voting shouldn't go up monthly.
On the second Monday of every month, we will announce the winner for Bestee of the Month AND begin voting for the next month.
