saw this vip necklace looking thing at my local walmart. don't know what can be done?

i apologize if this has already been posted, but i noticed this when i took my sister shopping today. she stopped in at delia's and i instantly recognized a shirt that looked familiar, and knew exactly where i had seen it. i snapped a picture of it on my phone, but i also just found the link to it on their website. i understand that it is not entirely the same, but it is very very very closely related. even a lot of the branches and twigs are positioned the same way.

one of the classes that i'm currently enrolled in is seeking that we interview a few people in the field of commercial art (graphic designer, production artist, prepress specialist, illustrator, web designer, animator, art director, motion graphics specialist, etc.). would anyone be interested in answering just a few questions through email. it would honestly take 5 minutes to answer and would be extremely appreciated.
