Most of yinz who are school-age have started again, but I have two weeks before I move in to my dorm and three-and-a-half weeks before classes resume.

I just rode my first century (100 miles) yesterday.



Anyway, I figured that I would say "hey," since sometimes I do that. Who wants to help me pack all of my stuff?!

Is there a way to specifically search for hoodies? I think I might come out of a buying hiatus if I can find a 20 dollar hoody that I like!

Okay so it was mah brifday yesterday. I got a kitten. It's a girl. I don't have a picture of her currently, but I need a name (we're going to pick her up tomorrow, so I might take picturs then). I've been thinking and it doesn't really matter when I come up with a name, but I wanted to do so soon so I don't have to keep calling her "new cat."
Preference goes to awesome names, or ones based in literature.

Or should I get these because they're cheap (for columbia, I guess), and also the nicer (looking) brown ones? I walk a lot because the bus system scares me still, but also I'd like some shoes I can wear in the winter that don't look lame.
Also, I wear a black pea coat a lot, so would it look terrible to wear the first shoes with it (I'm thinking yes)? Or does it not matter when they're half covered in snow, anyway?

Haha, so I got home last Friday after the best Thursday night/Friday morning in the universe and I was feeling sort of bummed because of the sheer awesomeness that my previous couple of days had been (okay, minus finals, but I'm mostly referring to the aforementioned period of time).
Well this is about the shittiest introduction, but whateves. Here are some packages of the loot! I took gratuitous pictures of the gummis on my computer, because I like to do stuff like that. Other photos are on my flickr photostream, because I'm too lazy to copy and paste all of the links over here. HAH

Okay so, first off, ZOMG PROBOSCIS MONKEY!!! heheehheeheh

Now my roommates can think I'm even weirder than they already do! But seriously, LOVE IT.

The firefox stickers are pretty sweet, and I've placed one on my computer already. I think it goes pretty well with the decor.

(I don't have vista! I made sure to get a compy that came with XP pre-installed and I have the vista cds chilling somewhere if it ever stops being sucky)


The wallet is definitely growing on me, and I think I left my tinymeat wallets at college so I used this the other day because the closest thing besides this that I have to a wallet is my crappy ID holder.

I will have to diversify my smells and use the perfumes you sent, haha. Also, I am sure the squishy stress brain/Erlenmeyer flask will be used quite often due to the fact that they are pretty cool, and I guess squishing stuff is fun! Also, the ubuntu stickers are neat, and I sort of feel compelled to investigate it as an operating system.

So, in conclusion, sorry for writing so much, and thanks for being an awesome Santa! Also, maybe I'll use the key chain bottle opener thing in self defense until I start drinking glass bottled beverages more.
Sorry I didn't wait longer or until Christmas or something, but I went on a rampage opening the mail that had collected for me since late September or something. :D
ALSO! Haribo Goldbears are my favorite gummi bears! Thusly, I foretell that they will be all gone before Friday.
