Hi!

As you may have seen, Biotwist and I did this collab recently:
FlyingRainbowSkull Island - Threadless T-shirts, Nude No More

My lines, his colors. I was also working on my own version of this, going for a fullcolor thing.
We decided to sub it as it was, with his colors, see how it goes. Well, it's going awesome, haha.
The plan was to perhaps sub my version as well, but a bit later to avoid confusion.
What would you guys do?

Anyway, here it is, just finished it. Went crazy with the details and colors, as you can see:

Just for easy comparing, this is the other version that's up for scoring right now:

I'd love to hear your thoughts!

For Threadless Loves Weird. Couldn't pass up on the opportunity to draw more weird stuff. No idea when I'm gonna finish this, but hopefully before the deadline, haha.

Thought I'd digitize some sketches I had oodling around in my sketchbook.
Just real quick ones, but I thought they were fun.

Anything worth working on? (no worries FA and Biotwist, our collabs are being worked on too ;) )

1. Annoying alarm clock.
Don't you just hate the amount of sound those alarm clocks make to wake you?

2. Paper-shredder enjoying his job a bit too much.

3. A naughty remote control? Haha god I don't even know why. But he's twisting his nipple-button. Yup.

4. The life of an elevator has its ups and downs. (Surely this has been done? maybe as a slogan?)

5. Football VS Football. The endless battle.

Let me know what you think!
Ello! Just me, popping in again.
Made something weird, thought I'd sub it here.
Haven't done much creative stuff lately, but Evan (FA) gave me a little wake-up call on a collab we 'started' a while back, and that got me back into gear. Thanks dude!

Anyway, enjoy. Should be up for vote in a few days, let me know what you think!

And it's done, still a good score :)
Here are the skinny stats, not as much 0's as I expected from the 240-votes rush:

Looks pretty good to me!
Hey awesome folks,

Some friends and I have been throwing this idea around for a while now, and it looks like it's now nearing the possiblity of it actually happening.
The idea is to go to the USA for about 3 months. Either rent a RV and sleep in there, or rent a van to get around and sleep on campings/ in hotels/motels/whatever.

The thing is, we have no idea what the costs of living are in America.
How much do you Americans pay for decent food in the supermarket? How about decent restaurants?
How about motels and such?
What about beer? And beer in bars?

Anything in particular we need to take in account?
Stuff we should absolutely do, stuff we should most definitely avoid?

Thanks!

Any thoughts?
And I called it: Lion, you so craaazy!

Lion, you so craaazy. - Threadless, Best T-shirts Ever

Just a quick little design, thought it was fun.
Went for something simple instead of my usually detailed stuff.

Peace, Death & Popsicles - Threadless T-shirts, Nude No More
Hey guys,

Just wondering if this quick idea I had was worth pursuing:

Mondriaans Neo-Plasticism+ Tetris = Neo-Tetrisism.

Not sure if I should stick to the tetris-sized blocks or go with some varying sizes like the original paintings.

Share those thoughts!

Just a quick sketch as you can see
Hey guys,

I wanted to let you know about a little side-project I'm launching, called 10.000 Robots.
The goal is simple: collect 10.000 Robots

That's where I would love your help! Because I'm not going to do this on my own. There's an amazing amount of creative people out there and in here, and it'd be great if you would like to help out.

They're collected in a Flickr group, which you can join to upload. Right now there are 2 robots I made, and a few made by a couple of kids I know.
This is the robot to start the whole thing off:

The group is over here: 10.000 Robots in Flickr

If you don't have or want a Flickr account, it's ok! Get the image to me any way you want. Post it here, send it by email, facebook it to me, or tweet it to me, whichever way you can think of, I'll make sure it ends up in the group pool!

Even if you can't draw, it doesn't matter! (actually that makes it more fun!) I'm sure you have 5 minutes, so give it a go and show me the best damn robot you can make!
There are no guidelines to follow here. If you want to illustrate it, go ahead. Want to model it in 3d? Sure! Want to make one by doing a collage? Awesome! Anything you can think of is welcome, as long as it's a robot!

To keep this interesting, every once in a while I will reward super awesome entries with a free shirt from my own little brand Here Be Robots.

There also needs to be a final thing, something for when the project is done. To be completely honest I'm not entirely sure about what to do here yet, so suggestions are welcome! I was thinking about doing a few posters with the best of the collection, or perhaps a little book with all the entries in there.

So, if you have a couple minutes, go draw the most awesome crazy fantastical silly robot you can!

Draw a robot. Any way you want. Send it to me, or upload it on flickr!
