Soo basically i broke my hand. so in PE i couldn't play frisbee, so i ended up walking with some kid. He talked about how he makes cakes all the time and how good they taste, blah blah blah. So i went home and watched Ace of Cakes and then I decided that i would make one.

Soo i got a recipe online and the baking commenced. My sister helped me open bottles and stuff. I got the cake outta the oven and i got out the green icing i had made. I was unaware that u were supposed to let it cool b4 icing... so my cake turned out to be a fail.

It seems like every year, the bestee categories change a bit. I mean there were a TON of categories in '07, and a few less in '08. Any changes going to made? Speculation of a new category?

Like idk...best..uh...blog or slogan percentage or avatar or threadcake or profile or homepage or grilled cheese picture or video or explanation of design or blog title or teeshirt colors or username or design supporters or baby picture or dragon or funniest design or anything? Idk I know some of those have had variations but idk. Go crazy if you want but I'm actually kind of curious.

I found Michaelangelo with his shell sideways next to his favorite rock yesterday, as if he had fallen off or something. I put him rightside up in a safe spot and he hasnt moved since. I am afraid that he's dead but I am afraid to check because... well i dont want him to be dead. I adopted him and his 2 sisters and 1 brother from a lady who saved them from a polluted lake. They were all sick and Leonardo and Donnatella died on my birthday two years ago because they had a disease or something. Raphaela and Mikey have been doing fine. I was worried about Raph since she hasnt been growing. and now Mikey, who was the healthiest, might be dead. I really really really really hope he's just asleep, I'll be a mess if he's dead. I am afraid to check on him.... i hope he's ok.....
