The pool at my apartment complex just got bigger for free...I wish i had a pic of the bottom floor of the parking garage because it is now a river...much like all the streets...
 and this is our new lake in the parking lot at work...   why are my blogs always weather-related?
So a few items of mine are missing because of a drunken saturday a few weekends ago...
It was a necessary celebration though because one of my best guy friends was *finally* graduating! ...so i went back to the college town and acted appropriately... My favorite leather bracelet is gone. My kershaw rainbow knife is gone. My gate remote for the parking garage is gone. I'm a winner at life!! Also, more excitement: I got caught in a huge hail storm on Sunday. I know, I know..."watch the weather channel, dumbass!" Which I did...so I was heading around the peripheral area and wasn't in the main meat of the storm, however, the hail still found me... hiding under the overpass:  looks like snow...in may...  spiderwebs?  underneath that wiper is a giant hole...  not complaining...it makes life interesting...but it was still scary! p.s. my nephew, cayden, is getting gigantic!  also, here's a video of the hail from that day...
I know there are a ton of these, but show me some good animated gifs! I need them to use as emoticons at work because I have to do things to make my life more interesting.
They have to be small enough because the IM program won't let me input anything much bigger than an icon... like this one  Animated Icons and they must be SFW... :D

 It's true. I'm that friend that sometimes flakes out on plans. I'm sorry...it's not intentional. Not on big plans or anything like that. And not on super duper important plans. You can count on me for the really important stuff. It's the nights of drinking "plans" I usually fail on. I think I've made this blog before..I don't care...I'm just mad at myself for being a flat-liner. Sometimes I think music has more of an effect on me than smells when it comes to digging up old memories.
I know I'm going to be judged for the pathetic music that elicits an emotional response from me...but don't think I don't have an eclectic taste in music. Some old college friends are in town. Two of them drove up from Texas... I was aware of this plan 2 weeks ago and told them that my sis was going to be induced this weekend and I probably wouldn't be able to come out, but I'd see what I could do.
Well, tonight is when they wanted to go out...I've been up since 5:30. I have been watching my 3 yr old niece all day and then cooked dinner (stir fry) for like my entire family and didn't get home til 9:30. Needless to say they aren't happy I'm not with them right now... It's friggin midnight, it's raining, it's cold...it will take me 30 minutes + parking time (forever) + walking in the rain to the bar last call is at 1:30. i have to be up in the morning to watch kinley again. I'm not going. What a lame ass friend..but i guess that's to be expected since i can't even make it into bacontaco anymore

I did the stripes :P I need to get pics of my niece's room, too because it's like you go into a princess room and then a boy cave. They just figured out the name two days ago, and I promised I wouldn't tell anyone...but I guess here it'd be okay to say...maybe...
