What a cute design! It'd be kind of cool if you could show that he's streaking across a football field or some other public place. Okay, now that I think about it...maybe not. It's really cool, though. I would totally wear it.

While the pixels are funny, they're also really unnecessary and some people obviously do not appreciate them. I think the illustration would make more sense without, but I really don't care. Very nice in general. :)
