dane cook, robot chicken, the simpsons and family guy, and others before that have all riffed on the kool-aid man. he's a pop culture character.
i'll have to side with the artist on this one, it's fair game. i give it a 5, mostly for being pretty. it's funny, but i wouldn't buy it myself. it might help if the design was bigger. Hawk, be wary of placing designs on people's boobs, moobs, or bellies. I'm not saying that it has to be perfectly centered, but... body parts should be avoided, in my own opinion. |

The face seems really weird to me. Since it's on the other side of the pitcher, I don't think it can be dark red because you see it through the yellow koolaid.

I'd buy this is you centered it and made the text fit in better. Eliminate that black and do it in red and gold as well.
