excellent work, very clean, but i don't know about the color combination, it looks good, but i think a soft red would look better with the subject matter

I think I've seen this before. This isn't much of an original idea, check out his Vintage Valentine art: http://www.flickr.com/photos/8809802@N04/2263476853/in/pool-57139674@N00 I'm looking at a poor adaptation here. Have you thought of taking "conceptual and idea" courses, that definitely improves creativity.

I didn't know about the valentine card, but even thought the idea is similar its not the same drawing, it doesn't looks anything like it, and for me the communication its different... my design concept its about the box that ends alone and dreams of someone special... anyway, I just pictured the idea this way.. not everyone has to like it.. its boring to argue about this things....
I just like to play with words and images as many other designers. IndieCollin, thanx for the advice, you say it as if you know all my work... I don't think my design is poor, sorry you feel that way... |
