This is deep. Upon closer inspection I understood the nerve endings/nerve bundle element, like the death of the last nerve. The splash of color is powerful.

I think this t-shirt is misunderstood, but I just don't think many people would wear this because of how controversial and mature the topics that are represented. The illustration is powerful, but also somewhat profane.
