Yea it probably could be, I don't mean it to make fun of mentally challenged people. I use this term when I refer to stupid clients at work, I work in design and it gets frustrating when clients ruin something you really love. By saying something like, "can you make that times New Roman" or "Can you center that", "I want the colors to be red and white".

short bus jokes are terrible, even if its a daily show quote its bad out of context. theres about a million shirts with similar jokes, ost of them on the rack at pack sun. YAY lets all laugh at retarded kids.
