NICE. I like the background streaks on the tan shirt, but on the blue. I guess b/c they are white on that one and kind of take away from the design..if they were grey I'd like it better. Very cool, though.

Beautiful. I agree with the comments of LichksnessMonster... the white distracts. I'd like it on pretty much any color, as long as the pallet is similar in effect to the brown shirt.

I really like the central design, but feel like the background streaks trap it a bit since they create a rectangle. Maybe without? Very nice though.

really great idea/design except for the streaks. Would either lose the streaks or at least vary the streak-cluster lengths so as to not give them that "boxed" in cropped feeling

I kinda wish the trees were on top and the city was on the bottom -- it's more optimistic. Also, I'd be more impressed if the trees weren't copy/paste. The buildings in the skyline are all different, why aren't the trees unique as well? Fantastic concept though. 4 |

I like the blue better. I'm not normally a big fan of blue, but it seems to show the stark contrast better.

I really like the design concept.
I just wish some of the trees weren't cut and pasted. So far I see the second and third largets trees looking alike and the bush on the far left looking like two bushes on the far right. And the straight vertical cutoffs on the sides need a more organic silhouette. Right now it's a 4 for me. With the improvements I would vote higher and with the dollar box checked. |

A quick look at the top of the page will tell you that this design was submitted on March 7, 2006 and a quick look at that website or amazon.com will tell you that the book was published on July 10, 2007. But brilliant detective work nonetheless. |
