yeah, maybe any other shirt colour than white. other than that, like your design.

Hmmm...I possibly misunderstood this a bit - I only put up white because I thought you had to follow the template per a single color. Sorry folks, this is my first submission. Is it too late to state what other color options this would work with (i.e. heather grey, banana yellow, etc.) ?

good concept, but i'd like it better just black and white.

thanks for the input...yea i had a hard time departing from the black n white original, but since the theme was "off the wall" i wanted to go a bit beyond the broken plates that fell off the wall to give it a little more "pop" about something visually coming off the wall.

kaloyster on May 27 '06 That's dumb. Unless you put fine details on each plate which is i know you wouldn't since it's hard. So them plates aren't China after all.

without the title, you kinda miss the joke. but with the title, this is hilarious. would be better to keep it just black and white. simplify the figure and lessen the detail at the receding end of the wall and you got something real nice going on. and i think there needs to be something more to connect the figure itself to the wall beside just the footprints. maybe a shadow? but great work.

unfortunatly, v_rockchick is right about without the title, explination is needed. So for one of the very very very few times ever, I want text. Plus, I lovethe way you did your text; it reminds me of the PopTart commercials. Other than that, I love it. <3 |

yea...i didn't want to over-do it, but there is a bit of symbolism i weaved into the piece to tie it in. Hint: Check out the text bubble and Google "China" + "Flag"
Sometimes i just hate being literal and that whole thing about "your submission being able to speak for itself" I wanted people to sorta be able to figure it out or at least have an itneresting conversation piece. Thanks though, nothing helps more than constructive direction! |

i think this is great.
i love the touches of color, it makes the design. though, i hate white shirts, and the placement is a little awkward. nevertheless, you rox. |
