i think the first 3 people should be walking, as suggested above, and the 4th set of legs should be angled backwards and not touching the ground, like he's being pulled up towards this dragon.

I like it. The only thing that can make it better is have the guy right before the dragon being discretely but obviously eaten. Legs kicking as he's disapearing under the costume. It doesn't have to have that though :P

About my design
Very, very funny. I would advise making the head a little bigger, so it doesn't look like the kid's head and arms are shoved into the dragon's tongue. Also, try not to make two people walking, and three standing. Dragon's not gonna get far like that. Add in some motion, maybe even some cheesy motion lines, so it looks like it's a real fake dragon.
